  • To carry out the works concerning the personal rights of the personnel (To work in coordination with the Directorate General of Personnel Affairs with regards to the personal procedures of the personnel).
  • To carry out the paper works to be received or submitted.
  • To carry out the works and processes with regards to hygiene and transportation services.
  • To carry out the works on training and internship related subjects of the General Directorate.
  • To monitor the works and procedures with regards to Human Resources (İKBS) and Belgenet application.
  • To take the measure to prevent the destruction of archive materials of the General Directorate.
  • To draw up the budget of the General Directorate, to follow-up the annual expenses, and to issue allowance documents within the scope of transferring and releasing the grants to be allocated as deemed required.
  • To make the payments for any kind of expenses.
  • To carry out any kind of works and processes with regards to the tender and procuration process by means of ensuring the coordination between the relevant departments in line with the needs of the General Directorate.
  • To ensure the repair and maintenance of the fixtures and fittings.
  • To carry out the works and processes with the objective to obtain the Temporary Foreign Assignment Confirmation for the technical personnel that are working in the main service departments of our Ministry.
  • To carry out the work and processes with the objective to submit the notifications to the Turkish Citizens that may concern living abroad
  • To take the measures in order to ensure that all the services to be deemed required by the Ministry in foreign missions of the same to be carried out thoroughly.
  • To translate or procure the translation services into Turkish language for the invitations, congratulatory thank-you letters to be submitted by the equivalent bodies and representatives of the Ministry in foreign countries.
  • To draw up the congratulatory, thank-you and invitation letters to be sent to the relevant authorized bodies and institutions by the Ministry.
  • To carry out the works and processes in order to greet, host, see off the guests visiting the Ministry from foreign countries, along with fulfilling the required services accordingly,
  • To archive the “Mission Reports/Debriefing” to be draw up by the Ministry Personnel following the temporary overseas duties assigned”, after the mission is completed.
  • To draw up the invitation letters to be sent to the foreign representatives by the Ministry.
  • To carry out the protocol-related works and processes to be deemed required by the Ministry.
