14th Sectoral Monitoring Committee meeting was organized on 25 June 2014 at 09.30 at the Hilton Hotel in Ankara by Investment Department of the Ministry for Environment.
Head of European Union Investment Department Ferruh PARMAKSIZ and his staff; the Head of Sector of DG REGIO, Argyrios PISIOTIS, Programme Manager of DG REGIO Fabienne RUAULT; Deputy Head of Section of the Delegation of the European Union Virve VIMPARI, European Delegation Members and the representatives of Undersecretariat of Treasury, Ministry of European Union Affairs, Ministry of Development, Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, Foreign Affairs Department, Internal Audit Unit, General Directorate of Environment Management of the Ministry for Environment and Urbanisation, Environmental Protection and Packaging Waste Recycling Foundation and Chamber of Environmental Engineering has attended to the meeting.
The meeting started with the opening speech of Ferruh PARMAKSIZ and presentations related to Audit Related Issues, Situation of Staff, Rejection Rate, Annual Implementation Report, Monitoring Report, Progress on with Operation Identification Sheets and Use of TA, Visibility, Information on revised EOP and Indicators under the EOP, Procurement Follow Up and Cases, Progress in the Projects under Implementation, BPA Modification Request and Payment Forecast have been made by coordinators. Relevant topics were discussed with the participation of the European Commission Members, European Delegation Members and other committee members.
