15 agreements were signed between the Government of the Republic of Türkiye and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the fields of transportation, defense industry, military intelligence, information technologies, culture, agriculture, transportation, trade, customs, environment, education, youth, communication and archives.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan welcomed President of Kazakhstan Kasım Cömert Tokayev, who is visiting Türkiye, with an official ceremony at the Presidential Complex. After the tete-a-tete and inter-delegation meetings chaired by the two leaders, 15 agreements were signed. Agreements were signed in the fields of transportation, defense industry, military intelligence, information technologies, culture, agriculture, transportation, trade, customs, environment, education, youth, communication and archives. In this context, the Joint Declaration on the Enhanced Strategic Partnership between the two countries was signed by President Erdoğan and President of Kazakhstan Tokayev.

Cooperation Agreement in the Field of Environment Signed

The Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Environment between the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan was signed by Murat Kurum, Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, and Serikkali Brekeshev, Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of Kazakhstan. After the signing ceremony, Minister Kurum said, "I hope that the meeting we held and the memorandum of understanding we signed will contribute to new steps in the field of environment between our countries, and I wish that the work we will carry out together will be beneficial for Türkiye-Kazakhstan friendship." made a statement.
