The Joint Statement of the 8th Meeting of the High Strategic Committee was signed with 11 agreements between Türkiye and Qatar, including the Memorandum of Understanding in the Field of Construction. The Electronic Concrete Monitoring System, developed by Türkiye with the construction works agreement, will also be implemented in Qatar.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamed Al Sani, who is on an official visit to Türkiye, at the Dolmabahçe Labor Office. After the tete-a-tete meeting, the two leaders chaired the 8th Meeting of the Türkiye-Qatar High Strategic Committee. After the meeting, 11 agreements between the two countries, including the Memorandum of Understanding in the Field of Construction, and the Joint Statement of the 8th Meeting of the High Strategic Committee were signed. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Murat Kurum, Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Bin Casim Al Sani, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar.
