Within the context of EU Day celebration activities, the EU Delegation has organized a number of activities which is called the EU Roadshow 2013 in Diyarbakır on 18th May 2013. Ireland Ambassador Mr. Kenneth Thompson, Croatia Ambassador Mr. Drazen Hrastic, Deputy Head of Delegation Mr. Bela Szombati, the Task Manager Ms. Elif Ceyda Torcu, The Director of Department of EU Investments Mr. İsmail Raci Bayer, Coordinator of Technical Implementation Unit Mr. E. Kaan Moralı, Coordinator of Procurement Unit Ms. Semin Altuntaş and Contract Expert Mr. Sedat Doğan attended to the organization.
In the scope of the EU Roadshow activities, a visit has been organized to the site of Diyarbakır Wastewater Treatment Plant which are being constructed now under Diyarbakır Water and Wastewater Project, which is one of the major project in Environmental Operational Programme. During the visit, the site was examined by the representatives and a general presentation about the wastewater treatment plant has been made.
