Deputy Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Mr. Burak Demiralp met with Deputy Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and Environment of South Africa Mr. Narend Singh on the margins of the G20 Environment and Climate Ministers’ Meeting in Cape Town.
During the bilateral meeting, the parties discussed Türkiye’s flagship Zero Waste initiative, 2053 Net Zero Emission target, and projects implemented under the green development vision.
Following the meeting, Deputy Minister Demiralp conveyed his gratitude to Deputy Minister Singh for the kind hospitality.
