Mr. Idris GULLUCE, Minister of Environment and Urbanization, organized a farewell ceremony on February 19, 2015 on the occasion of the deputization of Mr. Murat ZORLUOGLU, acting Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry, as Elazig Governor, in which the bureaucrats of our Ministry and Mr. Ferruh PARMAKSIZ, Director of Department of European Union Investments.
