Our Director, Mr. İsmail Raci BAYER, attended the meeting lunch headed by The Undersecretary of the Ministry of EU Affairs, National Coordinator of Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (NIPAC) Mr. Ahmet YÜCEL and the Undersecretary of Treasury, the National Authorizing Officer (NAO) Mr. Osman ÇELİK. At the lunch, to which other Directors of Programme Authorities have also been invited, the common problems and priorities of the IPA programme authorities were discussed.
