Technical Assistance for Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Department of EU investments within the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization Project which is implemented to utilize the EU funds effectively was started with its first training session held on 19th January, 2016 at 10:00 am with participation of Mr Ferruh PARMAKSIZ, Acting Head of the Department of European Investments and Ministry Advisor.
The trainings which started with “IPA II Programming and priorities, MAAP, SOP” topic will continue for 45 working days and the Project is planned to be completed in June 2016.
