A Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Housing was signed between Türkiye and Mongolia.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Mehmet Özhaseki, Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, and Mr. Tserenpil Davaasuren, Minister of Construction and Urban Development of Mongolia.
At the meeting between the delegations held before the agreement, TOKI President Mr. Ömer Bulut, President of Urban Transformation Mr. Hakkı Alp, Director General of European Union and Foreign Relations Asst.Prof.Dr. Hüseyin Bayraktar, Director General of Local Administrations Mr. Turan Konak and Director General of Vocational Services Mr. Murat Oral were present.
In his statement after the signing of the agreement, Mr. Özhaseki said, " May the memorandum of understanding we signed to share our country's experience in the field of urbanization and housing construction with our brother country Mongolia is beneficial to our countries. We will share our experiences in the construction of social housing projects for low-income families and the development of the housing sector in Mongolia with our TOKI Presidency, which has a brand value in housing construction."
