Deputy Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Ms. Fatma Varank received United Nations Habitat Regional Programs Unit Chief Mr. Erfan Ali and UN-Habitat New York Office Deputy Director Mr. Andre Dzikus.
Samed Ağırbaş, President of the Zero Waste Foundation, was also present at the meeting held at the Ministry's office. During the visit, consultations were held on the areas of cooperation between our country and UN-habitat that have been going on for many years, and a "Declaration of Goodwill" was signed regarding the UN-Habitat Eastern Europe and Central Asia Regional Office planned to be established in Türkiye.
