With the decree published in the Official Gazette signed by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Hüseyin Bayraktar was appointed as the General Director of EU and Foreign Relations at the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. A handover ceremony was held with the participation of Refik Tuzcuoğlu, Deputy Minister of the General Directorate of EU and Foreign Relations. At the ceremony, Hüseyin Bayraktar took over the task from Aytaç Yüksel. While congratulating Deputy Minister Tuzcuoğlu Bayraktar, he thanked Yüksel for his services so far.
