A technical study visit organised within the scope of contract “Technical Asisstance for Strengthening the Capacities of MoEU Department of EU Investments and End Recipients”, was carried out to İZSU Çiğli Wastewater Treatment and Tahtalı Drinking Water Treatment Facilities (İzmir) on 27-28 October 2014. During the visit; as well as seeing the units within the facilities, detailed information about Çiğli Wastewater Treatment Plant and Tahtalı Drinking Water Treatment Plant was given by İZSU the representatives.
In this context, in the name of our Department, we present our profound thanks to Head of Department for the Çiğli WWTP Mr. Faruk İşgenç, Director of Tahtalı DWTP Serhat Memişoğlu, together with the Environmental Engineers Meral Çoban, Reyhan Uslu and Serhat Ural from İZSU for their interest, assistance and hospitality.
