The Kütahya Waste Water Treatment Plant Project funded under the EU Pre-Accession Fund (IPA), which is coordinated by the Department of EU Investments of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation (MoEU), held its opening meeting in Kütahya on February 23, 2016.
The kick off meeting was attended by the Kütahya Governor Serif Yilmaz, Mayor Kamil Saracoglu, the Head of EU Investments Department of the MoEU, Ferruh Parmaksız and Contract Expert Safak Isik and Expert Nurnisa Elcin.
The project has a total budget of 16,915,630.80 Euro and it consists of two components, namely Construction Works and Supervision of a sewage treatment plant and Technical Assistance in the form of capacity building for Kütahya Municipality in the fields of water and wastewater.
