A meeting with Consultants on Works and Supply Tender Documents was organized by DoEUI on April 09, 2015 in İlbank premises, ANKARA. The meeting has witnessed the participation of Mr. Ferruh PARMAKSIZ, Head of the Department of European Union Investments, relevant staff of DoEUI and Undersecretariat of Treasury. Some important issues concerning the need for initiating deeper cooperation and coordination between the consultants and the Contracting Authority has been pointed out. Also it has been stated that, the Increasing cooperation and subsequent communication offers the prospect of an accelerated implementation of the IPA projects, enhancing successive development in the results of tender dossier approval rates to all stakeholders.
The case studies with sample comments were studied via presentations made by the experts of the DoEUI, aiming enhencement of the quality of the tender dossiers and a new approach for solution of related problems in order to achieve better Tender Dossier preparation.
