Mehmet Özhaseki, Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, met with Majed Al Hogail, Minister of Municipal, Rural and Settlement Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In the meeting where joint studies and projects carried out by Turkiye and Saudi Arabia in the fields of environment and urbanism were consulted, Deputy Ministers Refik Tuzcuoğlu and Vedad Gürgen and TOKİ President Ömer Bulut, Spatial Planning General Manager Yavuz Erdal Kayapınar, Construction Works General Manager Banu Aslan, Geographic Information Systems General Director İsmail Tüzgen, General Manager for EU and Foreign Relations Aytaç Yüksel, General Manager of Infrastructure and Urban Transformation Services Hakkı Alp were present.
In his statement after the meeting, Minister Özhaseki said, "We met at our ministry with the Minister of Municipal, Rural and Settlement Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mr. Majed Al Hogail, and his delegation, and consulted on our joint work. We discussed the projects that we will develop between our countries on the fields of work of our ministries.I believe that our cooperation will benefit both countries. I would like to thank my esteemed colleague for his visit."
