An information meeting was held before the World Bank's Turkish Project Implementation Units Academy (PIU Academy 2.0), hosted by the General Directorate of European Union and Foreign Relations of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
The meeting was chaired by our Director General for European Union and Foreign Relations, Mr. İsmail Tüzgen. Managers from the ministry's service units and various organizations carrying out projects under the financing of the World Bank and officials from the World Bank Türkiye Office came together at the meeting.
PIU Academy 2.0 Content Introduced
At the meeting, information was given about the content of the "Türkiye PIU Academy 2.0" training program to be organized by the World Bank Türkiye Office. The main topics in the training were determined as Environment and Social Framework, Financial Management and Procurement. In addition, participants discussed the difficulties encountered during the project processes and the needs felt during these processes and presented suggestions. The meeting ended with the determination of the roadmap to be followed in the upcoming period.
