Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Mr. Murat Kurum, met with the Minister of Agriculture of the State of Palestine, Mr. Rezq Salımıa, as part of the Riyadh program. During the meeting, agricultural lands, water resources and economic sustainability of Gaza, which suffered great damage in Israeli attacks, were discussed.
Minister Kurum drew attention to the genocide and heavy losses suffered by the Palestinian people and said, “There are people in Gaza who are deprived of all kinds of rights. As if the genocide they were subjected to was not enough, half of their agricultural lands and cultivated areas were destroyed, and water resources were destroyed. We are ready for all kinds of support to heal Gaza's wounds.”
