A Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Improving the Normative and Unit Pricing System in Construction and a Cooperation Protocol in the Field of Construction was signed between the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum, the Minister of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan Kamaladdin Heydarov and the accompanying delegation. Minister Murat Kurum, in his social media account after the agreement, said, "With the slogan of one nation, two states, we hosted the Minister of Emergency Situations of our friend and brother country Azerbaijan Kemalettin Haydarov and the accompanying delegation. We continue to stand by Dear Azerbaijan in the reconstruction of Karabakh."
At the signing ceremony, General Manager of EU and Foreign Relations Aytaç Yüksel, General Manager of Infrastructure and Urban Transformation Services Vedad Gürgen, Chairman of Higher Science Board Ertan Yetim, General Manager of Construction Affairs Banu Aslancan, General Manager of Local Administrations Turan Konak and General Manager of Vocational Services Murat Oral were present.
