Deputy Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Mr. Burak Demiralp shared his remarks regarding the G20 Environment and Climate Ministers’ Meeting held in Cape Town, South Africa.
Mr. Demiralp expressed his gratitude to the South African Presidency for its determined leadership and dedicated efforts in advancing the environmental and climate agenda, emphasizing that the adopted outcome documents reflect shared values in environmental governance, environmental protection, and the spirit of global solidarity.
Wishing success to the United States as it assumes the G20 Presidency, Deputy Minister Demiralp stated, “Türkiye will continue to be a strong supporter of global efforts for a more sustainable and livable planet.”
