Deputy Minister Ömer Bulut received the Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Ankara, Ilkhom Khaydarov, and Embassy Counsellor Mashrab Mamirov at his office.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the 308 permanent housing units that Uzbekistan has undertaken to construct as a grant in the earthquake-affected region and will soon begin delivering. Ongoing cooperation between the two countries in the fields of environment and urbanization was also discussed. Our Deputy Director General for European Union and Foreign Affairs, Mr. Ali Erhan Yılmaz, was present at the meeting.
